Objectives:

  • Set Goals and Objectives: Prioritize and set goals effectively.
  • Apply the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People: Utilize habits from Stephen Covey's framework to enhance effectiveness.
  • Define and Manage Stress: Understand stress, its causes, effects, and body responses; and implement techniques to manage stress.
  • Analyze and Control Stress: Identify stress causes and plan strategies to mitigate them.
  • Suggest Stress-Reduction Techniques: Apply various methods to lower stress levels.
