The CBP TOT program aims to equip CBP Trainers—especially recently joined trainers—with essential knowledge and pedagogy to perform effectively.
The program also sharpens trainers’ skills by integrating the latest methodologies, enabling them to deliver their expertise effectively through the following:

  • Enhancing communication skills to dynamically develop trainees

  • Exploring diverse training environments and adapting to different training characteristics

  • Equipping trainers with appropriate skills and instructional techniques to clearly explain complex situations
