In collaboration with the , SOMU Training launched a series of specialized developmental programs beginning in September 2025 for employees of the Jeddah Historic District.The initiative encompasses a diverse portfolio of topics including Leadership Skills, Project Management, Change Management, and other essential professional competencies. The programs were designed to enhance operational effectiveness while supporting the preservation and strategic development of one of the Kingdom’s most culturally significant landmarks.Through this collaboration, SOMU contributes to strengthening public sector capabilities and empowering teams responsible for advancing national cultural and heritage initiatives in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030.
Throughout 2025 and 2026, SOMU Training proudly launched multiple cohorts under the “SALAM Learning Program” for new joiners at SABIC, delivering a highly engaging and strategically designed onboarding experience.The program was carefully developed using advanced gamification methodologies to ensure strong engagement, accelerated knowledge retention, and seamless cultural integration.
