    • Clarify what a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) is and its benefits.
  • Identify Timing and Data Requirements

    • Determine when to perform a TNA and what information/data to gather.
  • Data Collection and Analysis

    • Choose data sources, collection methods, and analyze the data effectively.
  • Create and Use Questionnaires

    • Develop and utilize questionnaires for gathering relevant information.
  • Prioritize Training Needs

    • Prioritize new training requirements based on the analysis.
  • Develop a Corporate Training Plan

    • Understand and describe the components of a Corporate Training Plan.
