- Define and Manage Stress: Understand stress, its causes, effects, and body responses; and implement techniques to manage stress.
- Analyze and Control Stress: Identify stress causes and plan strategies to mitigate them.
- Suggest Stress-Reduction Techniques: Apply various methods to lower stress levels.
